S.A.I. was founded in October 2007 in the legal form of an S.à r.l. according to Luxembourg law in order to act as unlimited liable shareholder and director of investment companies in the sector ‘Alternative Investment’.

In addition to the company's role as described above, we offer in the referred to sector verification, consulting and  preparation of the implementation of all kind of alternative investment structures.

Our services direct to customers, which are looking for innovative solutions in the sector ‘Alternative Investment’ – no matter if on the investor’s or the initiator’s side. Besides experience and knowledge of our staff and our partners, we rely on creativity, flexibility and open mindedness in order to make the projects we are involved in a success.

The  maxim ‘Alternative’ is not only consequently implemented on the level of the assets, but in difference to most traditional investment concepts, also by cost transparency and elimination of the business typical soft cost components.
